Any Fedora KDE users want upstream icons by default?

Relevant upstream bug from Dec 2021:

Bug 447017 - Breeze Icons shouldn't include icons for third-party softwares

Looking at the linked bug, the upstream appears to have resolved this as intentional with the reasoning that they'd have to stop shipping monochrome versions of applications for the system tray. With that in mind, it doesn't seem like a good idea to go against upstream here.
