Currently I would say Gwenview is unnecessary
kmag and kmousetool both dont seem to work with Wayland
Would it make sense to remove them? Gwenview can be installed as Flatpak and it can be quite nice and seems to get better, but its not as powerful as XNViewMP for example. Also no need to have it as system app I think.
The other apps are currently not usable, but may be useful in the future and probably need to stay system apps.
Kinoite is the KDE spin, it makes sense to have mainly KDE apps so removing Gwenview is not a great idea unless it's replaced by say Koko which is a more basic image viewer by KDE.
As for kmag and kmousetool I have never used them so I am not sure of their functions but if they don't work on wayland and Fedora KDE (and thus I assume?) Kinoite are pushing towards Wayland then these perhaps could be removed.
Kmag & kmousetool are accessibility apps so they have to stay, at least until Xorg is removed.
