Once KF6 becomes released, some KF5 packages might need to be co-installed with their KF6 counterparts. Some changes will need to be done to them to achieve this though:

The changes should be wrapped in %if statements so that we don't have to diverge the rawhide branch from the stable branches

All the documented flags (except drkonqi, i don't think it should be in the list).

Mostly trivial with the exception of baloo, for which i left a comment in its merge request.
Build-tested both against f38 and f40.
