This bug is fixed by adding the missing package.

KDE Plasma has a "share via bluetooth" feature that requires this package, and it is missing on Kinoite 38.

So please include "bluez-obexd" in the image. Maybe it is required by other desktops too? Seems not to be an often used feature.

Looks like this should be added as a Recommends to bluedevil according to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2247467#c7

Hum, the runtime dependencies are explicitly listed in https://invent.kde.org/plasma/bluedevil so maybe https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/bluedevil is better.
