#499 Make sure qt6-qtspeech-speechd (text-to-speach) accessibility is included
Closed: Fixed by siosm. Opened by siosm.

A library/daemon split in the speech-dispatcher package indirectly removed speech-dispatcher support from Kinoite (and likely for the KDE Spin in Rawhide).

We should make sure all the needed packages are included by default.

Ugh. This also affected F40 and means we have broken a11y in the GA image, doesn't it?

Fortunately, apparently not since the updated landed after the freeze. I've not confirmed it however.

Looks good on Kinoite now. Should be good for the Spin as well.

Only for new installs; how about upgrades? Should it be in a dependency path?

AFAIK, it was included in the F40 ISO, so it should be fine for everyone that installed using that. Kinoite updates were impacted and are now fixed.

But I'm definitely not against adding a stronger dependency. I just don't know where.
