rpm-ostree support in Discover is currently not capable to properly report downloading and installing progress for regular and major release updates.

The workaround is easy once you know it: wait for the update to download and complete.

This is unfortunately not easy to fix. Opening this here to have an entry for tracking in common Kinoite bugs.
