Frameworks+Gear sidetag on rawhide: f42-build-side-102988

I'll git merge + build on f41 and f40 in a sidetag around wednesday and push on thursday.

I have Qt 6.8.1 now in f40-build-side-103098 side-tag. I will continue with non-KDE related rebuilds and wait for your Frameworks+Gear update. Also Plasma rebuilds will have to wait for Frameworks.

Frameworks is built in the qt F40 sidetag posted by jan.

F41 is building in f41-build-side-103212

Gear is building on copr. Will then build in the appropriate tags after rawhide. Estimating sometime tomorrow.

For Plasma 6.3 beta, kdecoration has been changed and it's sonames changed. I'll need an update policy exception to bring the final in F40 and F41.

Plasma 6.3 is likely to not be able to be brought to F40.

Gear + Frameworks are all done btw. Plasma Beta is building in rawhide in f42-build-side-103400

applet-window-buttons needs to be rebuilt for libkdecorations3.
@farchord remember to check for reverse dependencies when sonames change :)

Yeah unfortunately sed s/KDecoration2/KDecoration3/g is not enough.
