There's no link in https://fedoraproject.org/spins/kde or https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/packaging-guidelines/KDEPackaging/ pointing directly to a "Get started contributing to Fedora KDE" page of sorts.
Starting from the home page you need to go to Contributors -> Contributor Guides -> Engineering Teams -> Fedora Package Maintainers -> Packaging SIGS -> SIGS/KDE to find the single page that mentions how to get to the group.
Ideally there would be a link from those pages to the SIGS/KDE page, and that wiki page would in turn become a proper "Get started" page and link to the proper entrypoints for contributing.
I can fix some of those linking issues on the KDE wiki pages, but I need to join a group first before I can log in.
If you've signed the FPCA, I can add you to kde-sig.
I did, and sure. I thought the SIG was about packaging and QA, but apparently it also includes wiki editing.
This is now done.

The Fedora website sources are at https://gitlab.com/fedora/websites-apps/fedora-websites/fedora-websites-3.0. You can either make a PR or open an issue there and someone likely will pick it up.
As an example, what's on the Kinoite page: https://fedoraproject.org/atomic-desktops/kinoite/community/
The easy part that is to make the page serve as a proper Getting Started with links to the necessary resources should be done now:
What's left is the Fedora KDE website and the asciidoc for the KDE Packaging docs page, which would take a while.
Presumably https://gitlab.com/fedora/websites-apps/fedora-websites/cms/fedoraproject.org/-/blob/main/content/spins/kde.yml ? I'm not a web person and this isn't tech I'm familiar with.
Also, should I perhaps wait until https://gitlab.com/fedora/websites-apps/fedora-websites/fedora-websites-3.0/-/merge_requests/1060 ? I'm assuming that would supersede the spins page?
Yeah, wait on the website work from @carlschwan. Or collaborate with him, since those will supersede the existing pages.
