#644 Charge limit doesn't persist in Fedora Kinoite

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open Power Management
  2. Go to Advanced Power Settings
  3. Change the Charge Limit and apply
  4. Reboot

Expected result:

The Charge Limit value remains as previously set

Actual result:

The Charge Limit value resets to 100%

This is unlikely to be Kinoite specific bug but rather a KDE, firmware or kernel one.
