According to user reports on the Kinoite channel, KUnifiedPush is needed on the host to get better push notifications in Neochat when using the Flatpak.

On Fedora KDE installs where Neochat is installed as an RPM, KUnifiedPush is pulled as a dependency. But on Fedora Kinoite, it's not as Neochat is not part of the base image.

So the options are:
- Add a dependency on kunifiedpush to plasma-desktop or similar
- Manually list kunifiedpush in the comps for the KDE Desktop (will add it to Kinoite)
- Add it only in the Kinoite manifest

Is KUnifiedPush used by anything in plasma-desktop? If not, then adding it to comps is probably the way to do it.
