Let's request an org in the new forge and start by moving the SIG tracker repo there?

We can select the other repos that we still need and move them later. Some repos are obsolete so we could just leave them here or move them and archive them.

IMHO the history of any project can always become important for understanding how decisions were made and things developed. Since Pagure will go away eventually, I think that you should migrate all repositories.

It looks easy enough and there are only 14 repositories anyway
