It provides the Plasma Vaults feature which is a nice thing to have. It's not used or active by default, but the package is requires for the user to be able to find it and enable it.

  • fuse-encfs
  • gocryptfs
  • cryfs (not packaged; see https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1963740)
