Not sure if this is the right place for this issue, because this is not about Fedora KDE Plasma Desktop but about KDE applications in vanilla Fedora, but I thought many of these KDE applications are probably packaged by the KDE SIG.
So my problem is that I noticed that the desktop files for the KDE applications I'm using are missing the StartupWMClass entry (e. g. Okular and KBibTeX). Because of this multiple instances of these applications aren't grouped together in GNOME's dash. This makes it a bit annoying to use KDE applications in vanilla Fedora. So maybe you could consider adding StartupWMClass entries to the desktop files.
I also mentioned this issue here: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1979498
This is an upstream KDE issue and you should file this with KDE: https://bugs.kde.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=kde
For Okular specifically, file here: https://bugs.kde.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=okular
We don't do anything to desktop files.
