The plasma-welcome-fedora project in Fedora Weblate is set, but it can't push translations because the account used by the Weblate instance doesn't have access to this repository.

So we need either to have weblatebot granted pushing privileges so it can push translations directly, or we set the project to use Pagure pull requests.

Personally I'd go with the first solution (direct push) as it doesn't seem to be much active string changes, and pushing doesn't require a maintainer to merge the pull request.
