I've updated this PR to re-add the panda and did a few other small fixes.

I remove root.padding as it was giving me an error and I don't know how to fix it:

file:///usr/share/plasma/plasma-welcome/extra-pages/01-EnableExtraRepos.qml:64: ReferenceError: root is not defined

I've fixed the root reference above and I've fully tested that this works on Kinoite. Not tested again on KDE Spin.
