Describe how to update or rebase to Fedora Linux 39 on your Fedora Silverblue system.

@zlopez You have done the Fedora Magazine articles on rebasing Silverblue in the past and I saw your Fedora Discussion posting describing this for Fedora 39.
Would you be willing the use that as a basis for the corresponding article for the magazine?
Let's make sure we address https://discussion.fedoraproject.org/t/how-to-rebase-to-fedora-silverblue-39-beta/90385/3 in this one
@rlengland I can do it
I did a first draft of the article (preview added to metadata), I need to wait till the GNOME Software will have the update available, so I can provide the pictures for it.

Great, thanks. I read the article quickly and noticed, in the FAQ section on skipping versions, that it talks about skipping from 36 to 38 and suggesting going from 37 to 38.
I assume those should be adjusted to "37 to 39" and "38 to 39", respectively.
Fixed

@zlopez Checking in with you to verify that this article is ready to publish.
@rlengland I'm currently waiting for the update to pop up in gnome-software (I tried it yesterday on updates-testing and it still wasn't there), so I can take the screenshot. Will get you know once I have them.
I now have the screenshots, but it seems I can no longer edit the blog post as it's already scheduled.
Here are the screenshots I wanted to add, just in case I'm not here. Otherwise the article should be done.
