One thought: since we (roughly) know attendance numbers, we can do the catered pizza we were thinking of for Sunday on Saturday instead and save money by ordering that in advance - and then do Sunday food with some not-pizza thing.

Ordered from Shari's Creative Kitchen - 130 bag lunches, including 16 vegetarian/vegan.
