This should not be changed. It is used to define nodeset with "latest" flag but it designate a stable fedora release. see https://pagure.io/fedora-zuul-jobs/pull-request/158#request_diff in nodesets.yaml). Could you update your PR and keep latest-version = "36".

Thanks, it should affect the generated data. Could you rebase this change and https://pagure.io/fedora-zuul-jobs/pull-request/158 (it needs a manual rebase) (I've merged this https://pagure.io/fedora-zuul-jobs/pull-request/157 this morning so our changes collapsed a bit I think :/)
