Hi,
following https://communityblog.fedoraproject.org/fedora-linux-35-development-schedule/ here are a little feedback regarding localization activities. What I say here are for F34 and above.
in https://fedorapeople.org/groups/schedule/f-34/f-34-docs-tasks.html
in https://fedorapeople.org/groups/schedule/f-34/f-34-web-tasks.html
in https://fedorapeople.org/groups/schedule/f-34/f-34-trans-tasks.html * what is "Build f-r-n.rpm and Push to updates-candidate" ? * I am not aware of "Localization QA test day", you can remove it * you can remove "Review and correct " steps as these activities are continuous, there is no specific time for these
Have a nice day, and thank you for updating the layout

For the web task "Announce on trans@lists.fedoraproject.org that translations can begin", should that be scheduled for the same time as the current "Create Website POT Files" or should that be timed differently?
(In practice, I'm not sure how much it matters at this point, since we tend to not have too many string changes in the website these days, but it'd be good to have it accurately reflected in case the web team picks up speed at some point.)
what is "Build f-r-n.rpm and Push to updates-candidate" ?
This is from when we used to ship the release notes as an RPM. I'll remove all of the tasks related to that, since we haven't done that in....a long time.
Let me know about the websites translations task above and I'll make all of these changes for F34+. If you think of anything else, please let me know.
I have made and published all of the updates for F34-36. The "Announce on trans@lists.fedoraproject.org that translations can begin" task is set to coincide with the websites string freeze (the same as the old "Create Website POT Files" task).
