A quick example: BetaBlocker +1 (where the tracker name is one of BetaBlocker/FinalBlocker/BetaFE/FinalFE/0Day/PreviousRelease and the vote is one of +1/0/-1)

In theory:

But it's awkward that the proposed update is an entire new dnf5 version, not a targeted backport.

This doesn't mean we have to pull in the update, but I kinda figure we can try it today and if there are bugs we can back it out.
