The page should include:
There may be other things worth mentioning. Outbound links are OK, but concise statements that don't require further reading are best. Then QA has a place to point to help winnow down traffic on fedora-test-list, and this also helps #fedora IRC operators direct users properly.
Are there examples of this on other Fedora mailing lists?

Yes, here's the page for the fedora-list, for example -- another list that end users often employ.

I don't think fedora-test-list needs something that long, necessarily, and some of this could be incorporated by reference.
This would still be useful, but is not a high priority.
Johann, are you still interested in doing this, or should we re-assign it?
My general QA activity will be very minimal until I have finished migrating those legacy sysv initscript to native systemd units ( other than that ) + once that is done I will have to spend another release cycle doing various systemd cleanup tasks ( that is if FESCO wont get in that way ) and during summer more or less every weekend is booked into viking re-enactments for local and tourists or archery contests + I'm busy enough settling in at my new $dayjob and running between corporations putting out fires along with upgrade/migrate systems so yeah feel free to reassign it. If nobody claims it feel free to leave it on me I will do it when I will have the time...
Btw there was one political issue that needs to be settled and you should be aware by now with regards to our list and the QA community in general and needs to be reached conscious upon before explanation what the list is for is set in stone.
I will add it to an meeting agenda when I finally have time to attend one ( The current meeting time is really bad due to my new $dayjob 18:00 UTC or later is more suitable for me these days ) that is if you wont do it before me.
I'm gonna say the normal list guidelines apply to test@ . They seem to have been written with applicability to lists other than users@ in mind.
