Would be great to have a printing test day for Fedora 15, testing plug-and-print, error reporting, job notifications, driver assignment, etc as well as "can I print my email/web page in duplex"-type tests.
I'm happy to host and organize.
Looks like 2010-04-21 is the earliest slot available.
Sounds great

Thanks..
Thanks for the suggestion Tim! Feel free to grab any free slot on the [https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA/Fedora_15_test_days schedule]. If there are no suitable free slots, we can work out other arrangements (like a Tuesday event ... or swapping with another test day).
you might want to try and get an earlier slot as 04-21 is only four days before the final change deadline, so pretty much any fixes after an 04-21 test day would have to go in as post-release updates.
I think this is something we need to generally address as in make the test day schedule a bit more flexible.
There should be nothing preventing maintainers from choosing what ever date suits them best in the release cycle as long as it does not conflict with another test day event. ( we can adapt our self to that scenario when the need for that arises )

How about March 29th?
No conflicts
Added Printing to https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA/Fedora_15_test_days on the mentioned date..
I'm prepping for this today and hope to announce it this afternoon.
Is the prep done for this test day? I can send out an announcement if that would be helpful.
Also, 2 small details about the [https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Test_Day:2011-03-29_Printing main test day page]: The nightly compose links have changed recently, I have updated them to point to the new html file (may want to choose a specific nightly compose for the test day, though) I assume that the target is a F15 pre-release instead of rawhide (as mentioned in the wiki page). Mind if I re-word that?
Yes, I'm just uploading some Live CD images to fedorapeople.org now.
An announcement would be helpful, thank you.
Yes, F-15 pre-release is the right target -- please go ahead with your corrections. Thanks.
did you include the native systemd service that I filed on that livecd and the patch you mentioned Lennart had made ( could not find it in upstream svn )?

Done

No, sorry. I haven't been able to test it yet because my F-15 installation is not yet stable enough. :-( Didn't want to risk it stopping the rest of printing being testable.
