Thanks for the quick response. Here are answers to the questions:

• I have already enabled updates-testing repository with gpk-repo for months and been updating my system daily, as recommended for testers. On some systems I have run "yum --enablerepo=updates-testing update" manually
• I have commented several updates via the Bodhi web interface and given proper karmas if they passed the criteria listed on https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Proven_tester
• I'm new to fedora-easy-karma utility but I have read the documentation at http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_Easy_Karma and now understand what it is and how to use it
