This instalment of test day will focus on testing FreeIPA this cycle.
There is no "Fedora Modular Server" any more, exactly. We have add-on Modularity now, with the module repos enabled by default on Server. However, AFAIK we don't have any part of FreeIPA modularized (correct me if I'm wrong, @sgallagh ) so there's no practical difference that involves Modularity here?
FreeIPA is not (currently) built as a module. That said, it has been a while since it had a formal Test Day in Fedora. I’d suggest coordinating with @mkosek to see what exciting features might be worth running a test day for.
Oh yeah, a test day can still be worthwhile, just noting there is no modular angle on it ATM.

This one definitely can be done, but it requires support from upstream which is kinda missing here. I will touchbase with folks, closing this for now
