After having a word with the change owner (Timothée Ravier) we decided that having Kinoite test day is a good idea and we will have it around or after the F39 beta release. This issue is logged to track the progress for the said test day.

We need to start mobilizing communities towards immutables everywhere. Fedora wants to be an immutable ecosystem (leader) in the future. I would do some touch base with different teams and see if this can a possibility.
