Owner: Justin Forbes Time Frame: 16th Oct to 22nd Oct Features: Kernel 6.0 rebase
As discussed at Flock, we will start hosting test days for each major kernel rebase (approximately every 8-10 weeks). It was discussed that we should extend this to a test week, to allow time for more participants. They have been incredibly helpful so far. As the 6.0 kernel is now released, I would like to get a test week in before we push the rebase to stable releases. I will have ISOs for USB images so that users can test on bare metal or in VMs, and the kernel will be available in the stabilization repo for users who wish to install it on existing systems
I realize the timing is not great with regards to the F37 release. It is just how things lined up, and I did not want to push a 6.0 kernel as the release kernel with the window before freeze being so tight (if we had an rc8, it would have been after freeze). I thought perhaps a 0 day update would be much easier on our QA process.

@jforbes how did the test week go?
It went much better than I expected given where we are with the F37 release cycle:
We had a total of 428 tests run from 158 different testers. Quality of feedback was good overall. Thank you very much for getting this together.
I transferred the results from test day page as well. Thanks @jforbes for making this happen https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Test_Day:2022-10-16_Kernel_6.0_Test_Week
