#735 Resultsdb has been retired from Fedora repositories
Closed: Wontfix a year ago by frantisekz. Opened a year ago by mattia.

I'm not sure this is the right place to report the issue, but I think the fedora-qa group is impacted.

Resultsdb was orphaned a long ago and now it has been retired and removed from F38 repositories. This broke integration tests in Bodhi and I suppose in future it will become uninstallable in Fedora infrastructure when F37 will go EOL (or RHEL7, I'm not sure where it runs).

I've tried to update the specfile to latest python packaging guidelines in order to request unretirement, but my attempt to build an up-to-date commit snapshot failed because there are several broken dependencies.
The latest released version is several yeas old.
Also, it is not clear where the upstream development is. The old repo is at https://pagure.io/taskotron/resultsdb and is not retired, but there's also https://github.com/release-engineering/resultsdb which seems more recently updated.

We dropped maintenance of resultsdb altogether, which is now developed here: https://github.com/release-engineering/resultsdb by @lholecek .

I have added deprecation note to our pagure repo ( https://pagure.io/taskotron/resultsdb ) with a link to the active upstream.
