Sorry for the late notice on this one, I should have filed it before PTO.
Owner: Justin Forbes Time Frame: 9th July to 15th July Features: Kernel 6.4 rebase
As discussed at Flock, we will start hosting test days for each major kernel rebase (approximately every 8-10 weeks). It was discussed that we should extend this to a test week, to allow time for more participants. They have been incredibly helpful so far. As the 6.4 kernel is now released, I would like to get a test week in before we push the rebase to stable releases. I will have ISOs for USB images so that users can test on bare metal or in VMs, and the kernel will be available in the stabilization repo for users who wish to install it on existing systems.

The announcement to downstream teams is done. I would like to send the emails to the public list as soon as you can tell me when the builds will be up. @jforbes :)

@jforbes, we are done with the test day and I would like to know how it went!!
It went quite well. We had 385 tests run from 113 testers. This included a decent amount of aarch64 testing.
Results themselves look pretty good, and I think we will be in decent shape for the rebase when 6.4.4 releases, I am going through some fixes now.
Thanks very much for all of your help with this!
Thanks, let's close out the ticket.
