@dcantrell @egoode ^^
Looks good, thank you!
I made some edits to the Wiki page to clarify that users don't need to install Fedora 39 (DNF 5 is not the default on Fedora 39 anyway), let me know if this looks ok: https://fedoraproject.org/w/index.php?title=Test_Day:2023-08-11_Fedora_39_DNF_5&diff=686149&oldid=686122. I also added that it would be alright for users to test in a Docker or Podman container rather than in a VM or on bare metal.
The "Setup" section of the test cases should be updated to say "Install Fedora 38" rather than "Install the pre-release version of Fedora 38", e.g. https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA:Testcase_DNF_makecache_and_clean#Setup
Late comment here, but I also read things over and it looked great to me. Evan mentioned his changes to me and I agree with those.
Looking forward to the results!
This went ahead and the results were added to the wiki page. Hope the testing proved useful. Let's close out the ticket.
