Dockerhub is rate limited, change the Dockerfile to use images by bitnami from quay.

Hey, do we have to use the same implementation as in the provided links of the docker file?
I would like to work on this.

What do you want to do differently compared to the linked Dockerfile?

I am ok with the linked docker file..I will update it and will raise PR.
