This issue is for (#29)
1) Added package redux toolkit.
2) Implemented configureAppStore function that uses configureStore from redux-toolkit.
3) Code clean-up from src/index.js
4) Enabled redux devTools in development and disabled in production.

Commit c748ae6 is also included in #31.

I think we can close this one and have discussion in #31
