@manishakanya Just a couple of nitpicks to make the visuals a bit more to my liking. I can't really put my finger to it, but the look in this PR is... maybe too "table-y"? I'd still like for the tables to have smaller vertical paddings, and maybe the cads background could be a bit more lighter still (I went for the same shade of gray as is the bg of the release schedule)

@jskladan, @lbrabec are we moving this new settings button implementation? It will require me to write triggering of setting modal and user preference action to redux.

Also, we got the UX feedback the text in the button needs to lesser.

Maybe I missed it, but I don't see where toolkit is used. Why is it in package.json?

I think this line is not needed and you can delete it.

Please change the commit message to something shorter so it is not full of repeated "improve UI".
