#2 Create `login_as_root` method in one of the tests parent classes

As was said in adamwill's comments in D358, "login as root" is used a lot, so it would make sense to create some universal version and move it to parent class of tests that require it (I think that fedoralog.pm makes most sense). Make it so that user is able to provide number of TTY to login to.
