Workstation has replaced gedit with gnome-text-editor: https://pagure.io/fedora-workstation/issue/248

So we need to replace the gedit application test suite with a gnome-text-editor application test suite.

Sorry all that work on the gedit test suite turned out to be so short lived...

I've gone ahead and removed the gedit test, so it doesn't fail every day.

This was done some time ago, thanks Lukas.
