Reopen Issue

KDE replaced konversation with neochat in (only, so far) Rawhide. We will need to update the app start/stop test. The replacement only happening in Rawhide makes this a bit awkward, we might need to make the test launch different things conditionally on the release version for now.

I'll take care of this tomorrow, I just don't have time tonight and wanted to file an issue so I don't forget.
