@rishi gave a handy formula for testing a specific toolbx container image in this Bugzilla comment:

$ skopeo copy docker-archive:Fedora-Container-Toolbox-39-20231027.n.0.x86_64.tar.xz containers-storage:localhost/fedora-toolbox:39
$ toolbox create --release f39

it'd be great if we could amend the toolbx test and use that to test the actual toolbx container image built in the compose under test, I think.
