https://pagure.io/fedora-qa/os-autoinst-distri-fedora/blob/main/f/tests/base_package_install_remove.pm uses ftp and mc to test installation, removal, and status of packages with dnf and rpm. However, ftp was dropped from ELN by https://github.com/minimization/content-resolver-input/pull/1455, so this test is now failing in ELN.

Therefore, another package in BaseOS needs to be used in place of ftp.

Thanks for the report, I'll figure something out.
