Now https://github.com/rhinstaller/anaconda-webui/pull/1054 landed, we need to re-assess the state of anaconda-webui for non-English installs. We need to check the "European language" (French) install has the correct console layout now. We should also manually test the other languages, especially Russian, and see about adding tests for them.

So, French install now hits https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-setup/-/issues/51 . In manual testing, Russian doesn't work because plasma-setup doesn't understand how to do switched layouts. Also there's no input method configuration.

I did the re-assessment, so closing this.
