Seems to be a back-end problem, both are missing static_info.data.fails_to_install:

We weren't refreshing static user data, I've hot-fixed it on server and manually refreshed both lbalhar and thrnciar. Both pages work now, thanks for the report @churchyard !

There might be other users with broken (=too old for frontend to work) db cache, it should get fixed in 2 hours at max during next sync.
