Issue #108: Display list of builds included in update - packager_dashboard

Once https://pagure.io/fedora-qa/oraculum/pull-request/158# lands, we can display list of nvrs included in update. (update["builds_nvrs"])

It should be hidden by default, with an option to scroll down to show the list (like we have for orphans).
