This is perhaps because of a bugzilla update, but links of this form that are used in the dashboard now give result in a 404.

Rather than waiting for a fix, I think it will be faster to add show_bug.cgi?id= to https://pagure.io/fedora-qa/oraculum/blob/master/f/oraculum/utils/bugzilla.py#_195

Commit f3459203 fixes this issue

Fix has been deployed, it should get fixed in a few hours once the cache gets updated. I'll monitor it and re-open this in case something won't work tomorrow.
