I'm getting this warning on my packager dashboard, for cachelib

Per nirik, the update was submitted for stable 1.5 hour after the last daily push, so it is expected to not be pushed yet. Perhaps this check should be relaxed to, say, 24 hours + some buffer? maybe set it to 30 hours, and warn on "> (X-24) hours" e.g. if it's been 32 hours, say the update should have gone stable "more than 8 hours ago".
