It could say in the footnote:

Fails to build for 3 months, 2 weeks

Does Koschei provide the data?

I didn't see this data in koschei, there is 'last_complete_build' with 'task_id'. I guess we should be able to get something from task_id, I'll take a look once koschei is back online.

So, no, last_complete_build can be a failure.

This would need koschei api addition.

Can you traverse the past builds and see their statuses?

Implemented 8622b06.
