Reopen Issue

I noticed that, for the R package (see spot's dashboard), the dashboard only shows one old PR (4), but not the new ones (8, 10, 12).

In a similar way, the BZ 2009974 is shown as NEW, but it was closed 4 months ago (don't look at the others, because I just closed them), and on the other hand, BZ 2077905 is not shown and it should.

Now it shows the missing PRs, not sure if something changed or maybe I triggered something by opening spot's dashboard.

And now the view is completely up-to-date. So I assume it doesn't update if nobody looks at it, and now I triggered it. Clever. Sorry for the noise.
