Sometimes the logo in top left isn't hyperlinked (to the "homepage"), sometimes it is. There is some weird logic. I believe it should always contain a hyperlink. It allows to open a new tab by middle clicking it.

Quickfix is in master.

The behaviour now is:
- if user linked his FAS account, logo links to /dashboard?users=<FAS account>
- if user used entry form to access some dashboard, logo links to that dashboard
- otherwise logo links to /, i.e. the entry form

Let's keep this issue open and once Frantisek deploys new version, try it and tell if this behaviour suits your needs.

@kparal the fix is deployed to production, can you take a look and close/comment the issue?
