I have just read this blog and it refers to packager dashboard. Based on that the blog claims that Fedora has 800 orphaned packages. And honestly, I don't know what to thing about what the link displays. Being e.g. POC of rubygem-actionpack, it certainly is not orphaned. Yes, it might be impacted by orphaned libspng, but that is all.

So is there chance to improve the page for "orphan" user?
