#42 the footer is not displayed on the homepage and during loading
Closed by lbrabec. Opened by kparal.

The footer is not displayed on https://packager.fedorainfracloud.org/ . That means the visitors need to know some packager name and input it, before they can learn the project repo link ("Please file issues and PRs if you have ideas"). Also, in case something is stuck and the spinner spins forever, again, the footer is not available, making it hard for people to find this repo and file a ticket.

Make the footer shown on both home page and during the spinner loading? (I think showing it on homepage is more important, if the latter is too difficult).

Makes sense to me. I'm a bit sad we'll be losing the "clean" look of the front page, but it is a good point you have here.

@lbrabec - what if we went a bit on a lightweight side for the "main page" footer - maybe an one-liner with just the "Packager Dashboard and Oraculum (back-end) are Free Software under GPL." at the bottom of the page, without the dark background?

I think the clean look doesn't need to be lost. The footer can only be displayed when you scroll down. You already do this on the actual dashboard content. The dashboard fills the whole screen (at least in my browser) and the footer is always hidden until you scroll the page.

Deployed.
