Issue #80: Idea: Display my PRs, BZs, updates... to other packages - packager_dashboard

Would it make sense to also see pull requests, bugzillas, updates etc. that I've opened/created against packages that I don't maintain?

Notes:

Ideally this should be configurable separately in the filters, because I open a lot of bugzillas :D
For packages I don't maintain, I would not be interested in other information (other bugzillas, other PRs, etc.), just my own.
