There is some glitch in the relval reporting. When I run relval report-results I am getting a CLI menu to choose from a compose, page, etc. When I know exactly, where the matrices are located, I take the shortest path to a result and I can report the result just fine. However, if I make a mistake in selecting the test type, for instance, and I type back, it takes me back to selection of test types, but whatever I choose, I get the same selection of tables as before. For the situation to be even more confusing, if I make a choice, I will arrive at correct tables, see the image.

I can take a look at it, if @adamwill does not have time to do it.
The 'back' feature was contributed by @nielsenb , he probably has a better handle on it than I do.
I noticed some weirdness a week or so ago too, but haven't had time to dig into it.
I'll try to take a look at it this week.

I've opened (fairly untested) PR#30.
My authentication always fails against the staging wiki, so I haven't been able to ensure this fix still holds after submitting a result.
If you have 2FA, try not using it (just enter your password). Alternatively, if you've changed your FAS password but still remember the previous one, try the old one. (these are my standard tricks for 'can't login to stg'...)
I'm OK with you filing a fake result against something obscure in prod for testing, too, just clean it up afterwards :D

Played with it some more, including submitting some (real) results. Seems like PR#30 fixes it for me.
