I noticed that my username (osalbahr) is not hyperlinked on https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Test_Results:Fedora_42_Rawhide_20241117.n.0_Summary upon reporting test results with relval report-results.

This isn't a relval issue; relval (via python-wikitcms) just fills in the wiki report template, the raw form of your result is {{result|pass|osalbahr}}, which is correct.

I think it's not hyperlinked because there is no https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/User:Osalbahr page. The result template hyperlinks the username if the corresponding User name exists. If you make that page exist, the results should suddenly become links. You can put more or less whatever you like in your user page - mine is https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/User:Adamwill if you need inspiration :)
